Jaký div, že ho ještě nelapili a nepověsili? Vždyť počmárat něco málo volebních plakátů je zločin a za takový zločin by se mělo sedět, až do antracitového zčernání! V našem malém Absurdistánu bych se ani nedivil, kdyby se tak stalo. Naše justice je opravdu neuvěřitelná. Mluvím tady o Romanovi Smetanovi, řidiči autobusu, který namaloval několik slušivých tykadýlek či knírků našim skvělým politikům na jejich volební plakáty v r. 2010.

Selským rozumem jim samozřejmě způsobil újmu. Tato újma se nechá kvalifikovat ve dvou rovinách: Jednak napáchaná škoda na volebních plakátech placených z velké části z našich daní a pak je tady ujma psychická, kterou utrpěli dotyční pomalovanci usmívající se na těchto plakátech.

Co se týče škody vzniklé na poničeném papíru, je to doslova plivnutí do moře. Když si představím, kolik tun papíru vyprodukuje jen náš parlament když navrhuje nesmyslné koblihové a jiné zcestné přiblblosti byť jen navrhované, tak nás asi trošku papíru fakt nevytrhne.

Zajímavější je však rovina psychické ujmy. Pikantní na tom je, že těchto třicet či kolik otykadélkovaných hlav stěží mohlo dotyčným skutečným hlavám nějak výrazněji uškodit. Myslím že občasné trapné výjevy, aférky lži a ostatní pikantnosti, které můžeme sledovat v médiích či přímých přenosech z poslanecké sněmovny dotyčným ubližují o mnoho víc. Jinými slovy šašky z nich neudělal Roman Smetana, nýbrž šašky se stali sami už dávno svým vytrvalým snažením.

Takže o čem je ta hra? Samozřejmě, právo by mělo zůstat právem. Jen jsem zvědav jak transparetní, rychlé a spravedlivé bude také vyšetřování pana Janouška, který je teď mediální hvězdou číslo jedna. Tomu by ale měli namalovat skutečné rohy, protože se dvěma promile jezdí opradu jen vůl!
